Available payment options can vary depending on your location, device, browser, and the payment methods previously set up on your account or wallet.

Eligible accelerated checkout buttons may appear on product pages or at checkout to help customers complete purchases faster.

2. Currency

All orders on AquaCurve are currently processed in United States Dollars (USD) only.

Because our inventory is currently stocked in the United States, we only accept payment in USD at this time.

3. When Payment Is Charged

Payment is charged at the time the order is successfully placed and confirmed during checkout.

Once your payment has been approved, you will receive an order confirmation email. If payment is not successfully completed, the order will not be processed.

4. Checkout and Payment Process

Customers can place an order through the following checkout process:

  1. Browse a product page and review the product information.
  2. Choose to either:
    • Click Add to cart and continue to checkout from the cart page, or
    • Use an available accelerated checkout button, such as Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, where supported.
  3. At checkout, eligible express checkout options may appear at the top of the page for faster payment.
  4. Enter shipping and billing information, if required.
  5. Complete payment using your selected payment method.
  6. Receive order confirmation after successful payment.

Orders are only confirmed after payment has been successfully completed.

5. Order Verification and Fraud Screening

For security purposes, some orders may be subject to verification or fraud screening before they are processed.

We reserve the right to review orders that appear unusual, incomplete, inconsistent, or potentially high-risk. In some cases, additional confirmation may be required before the order can be accepted and fulfilled.

6. Failed Payment Handling

If your payment fails during checkout, your order will not be completed.

In this case, we recommend that you:

  • Make sure your payment method is valid and has sufficient available funds or credit
  • Try the payment again
  • Use a different supported payment method if necessary
  • Contact PayPal, your bank, card issuer, or wallet provider if the issue appears to be related to authorization or account restrictions

AquaCurve is not able to manually force or override payment authorization decisions made by Shopify Payments, PayPal, your card issuer, bank, or wallet provider.

7. Taxes and Duties

At this time, we are not currently charging sales tax on orders because our business has not yet reached the applicable tax collection threshold.

If tax requirements change in the future, we may update our checkout process and this Payment Policy accordingly.

Any future tax-related updates will be clearly reflected at checkout where applicable.
