Warranty Policy
We build AquaCurve products to be enjoyed season after season. In typical residential use, many customers enjoy our pool loungers and outdoor side tables for up to 10 years with proper care.
Note: “Typical lifespan” is a general expectation and not a guarantee or extension of the warranty period.

What’s Covered
AquaCurve provides a Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and proper care.
- Defects in materials (e.g., cracking or failure due to manufacturing issues)
- Defects in workmanship (e.g., improper assembly at time of manufacture)
- Covered parts may be repaired or replaced at AquaCurve’s discretion

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What’s Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, or surface scuffs and scratches.

Color fading or discoloration due to sunlight, weather, chemicals, or environmental conditions.
- Damage from improper water chemistry, misuse of pool chemicals, pressure washing, abrasive cleaners, or solvents.
- Damage caused by accidents, impacts, storms, fire, flooding, or acts of nature.

Improper installation, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions.

Commercial use, rental use, or use in hospitality/public settings (unless otherwise stated in writing).
- Products that have been modified, repaired with non-AquaCurve parts, or altered after delivery.
- Issues resulting from unauthorized resellers or purchases outside AquaCurve.com.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Email us at contact@aquacurve.com with:
- Your order number (or proof of purchase)
- Photos/video clearly showing the issue
- A short description of when and how it occurred
- Your shipping address and phone number
- Our team will review and may request additional photos or information.
- If approved, we will provide a repair, replacement part, or replacement product (at AquaCurve’s discretion).
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Response times may be longer during peak season.
Shipping & Returns for Warranty Service
- If a claim is approved, AquaCurve may cover standard shipping for replacement parts/products within the contiguous U.S., where applicable.
- For certain claims, we may request the product (or parts) be returned or safely disposed of, with proof.
- Damage caused during customer-arranged shipping/transport after delivery is not covered.
If you’re located outside the contiguous U.S., additional shipping costs or limitations may apply.
Care & Maintenance Reminder
Proper care helps your products look great for years. We recommend:
- Rinse with clean water after exposure to pool chemicals or saltwater.
- Use mild soap and a soft cloth—avoid abrasive pads and harsh cleaners.
- Store or cover products during extreme weather or long off-season periods.
- Avoid dragging products across rough surfaces to reduce scuffs.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by AquaCurve. AquaCurve is not responsible for incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the product.
Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
