All AquaCurve products undergo rigorous quality testing and inspection before shipment to ensure reliable performance and customer satisfaction.

To provide you with a confident shopping experience, we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible products.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility Conditions

  • To be eligible for a return and refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Items must be returned in original condition, including all accessories and packaging
  • Products must not show signs of misuse, improper installation, or intentional damage
  • Clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for return

3. Return & Refund Process (What Do I Need to Do?)
Step 1: Contact Us

 with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos or videos showing the product condition
  • Photos of the original packaging (if available)

Step 2: Review & Approval

  • Our support team will review your request within 1–3 business days
  • If approved, we will provide you with a return address or return shipping instructions

Step 3: Return Shipment

  • Please ship the product back following the provided instructions
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Step 4: Inspection & Refund

  • Returned items will be inspected within 1–2 business days after arrival
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable deductions

4. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
AquaCurve Covers Return Shipping Costs When:

  • The product is defective or malfunctioning within the 30-day return period
  • The product arrived damaged and cannot be repaired with replacement parts
  • We shipped the wrong item or sent a duplicate order

Note: Items must be returned in original packaging to qualify for return shipping coverage by AquaCurve.

Customers Are Responsible for Return Shipping When:

  • The wrong item was ordered
  • The quantity ordered was incorrect
  • An incorrect shipping address was provided
  • No longer wanted / change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g. “doesn’t meet expectations”, “not suitable”, etc.)
  • Misinterpretation of product description or features
  • Order cancellation after shipment
  • Customer-caused damage or loss

In these cases, return shipping costs will either:

  • Be paid directly by the customer, or
  • Be deducted from the refund amount if a prepaid return label is provided

5. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns or refunds.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • Orders cancelled after shipment will be treated as returns and follow the return process

7. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • PayPal refunds: Usually processed immediately or within 24 hours
  • Credit/Debit card refunds: Typically take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer

If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact your payment provider or email us.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or final-sale products
  • Products damaged due to improper use or installation
  • Products returned without prior approval
